Refunds & Returns

We are very careful when it comes to shipping you the best-quality product. We take every care possible to ensure that the product has not been tampered with so that you get the best!

As a policy, we do not allow a product to be returned. However, we do have some exceptions and may accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. You have received the product in a damaged state or the product/packaging has been tampered with or opened before reaching you.
  2. You have received an incorrect product, different from the order you have placed and what is mentioned on the invoice.
  3. Under the above circumstances, please get in touch with our support team info@twv.co.in / +91 22 4970 5467 / +91 83568 42088 within 24 hours of delivery of the product/s.
    Also, please send us photographs of the product/s, which show the damage to the product/s evidently.
  4. Once your return is approved, we shall refund the entire amount to you within 7 working days from the date of approval. The amount will be refunded to the original source of payment. Alternatively, we can replace the product, should you wish or provide you credit on your Temple Wellness Store account that can be used for future purchases in a 6-month horizon from the date of credit.
  5. All claims for returns/ refunds should be made within 24 hours of the product being delivered to you.
Cancellation

Your order will be eligible for a cancellation only if it is yet to be shipped from our warehouse. You can check with our support team info@twv.co.in /+91 22 4970 5467 / +91 83568 42088 on the status of your shipment.

If your order is eligible for cancellation we shall refund the entire amount to you within 7 working days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be refunded to the original source of payment.
